Terms and conditions
Listed below are the terms and conditions governing customer requests, except as otherwise agreed in writing:
- the booking confirmation tis binding for both parties and constitutes the completion of the booking contract
In the event that a deposit or credit card details are requested, the Customer has the duty to send them within the times indicated by the management so that the reservation is definitively confirmed. If no bank transfer coupon or credit card number is sent within these terms, the reservation is automatically cancelled,
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
40% of the entire stay is required on booking as a deposit. CANCELLATION: if made within 21 days of the arrival date, the entire deposit will be refunded. Cancellations or changes made between 20 and 14 days before arrival will result in 40 percent of the booked nights being charged. Between 13 and 7 days penalty of 70% of the entire stay. Between 6 and 0 days, for cancellation or modification or in case of early departure, the total stay will be charged.
No Show: the entire stay will be charged in case of no-show.
EARLY DEPARTURE: In case of early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Other information regarding the booking The balance of the stay must be made by bank transfer in advance or in cash or credit card upon delivery of the keys. Although not expressly indicated, the reservation is regulated by the "Uses in the hotel sector" regulation.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT METHOD: it is possible to send the deposit by bank transfer, or credit card.
